Web-resource “National Platform for small and medium-sized enterprises” was favored by the Center of International Private Entrepreneurship (CIPE) for the test period lasting from October, 2016 till the end of March, 2017 to the Coalition of Ukrainian business units with following membership:

On October, 5 2016 the “Center of International Private Enterprise” and the “National organization of retail trade” (NORT), authorized by the coalition of Ukrainian business units, signed a Memorandum on favoring the “National Platform for small and medium-sized enterprises” web-resource.

Lesia Aronets – The head of Civil Youth Center for “Etalon” Ivano-Frankivsk www.mgcetalon.org.ua; Director of State enterprise “Ivano-Frankivsk oblast labour center”; Head of the permanent committee on electronic management, communication and MASS Media activities of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration Community Board (since February 2014)

Independent expert – consulting on various issues related to business psychology and starting own business. Training trainers on the bases of SBCC (issues: efficient leadership, business activities, entrepreneurship; coordinating 16 international projects over social-economic development of the region, youth entrepreneurship, electronic management and providing administrative services.

Education and qualification-based training: Ivano-Frankivsk Pedagogical Institute, Physics and Mathematics Department (1978-2003); Institute of Postgraduate Education, Institute of management and economics – 2 years – professional retraining of economics teachers (1993-994); Subcarpathia university by the name of V. Oleksandr Babiy – director of local economic development agency in Burshtyn, cofounder of the Club of Settled Business (www.sbiz.club), project manager, expert on franchising issues.

Specialized on strategic development of organizations supporting small business, involving grant resources to develop organizations supporting business and social enterprises.

Some of the clients and partners are: UNO development program in Ukraine, Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine, Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Association of Ukrainian cities, Volyn and Ivano-Frankivsk regional administrations, regional and city associations on supporting business.

Nataliya Balandina – external advisor on Organizational development and managing nonprofit organizations, member of initiative group on National Platform for small and medium-sized enterprises and its web-portal development aiming to consolidate business community and contribute to creating and formation of new institutions supporting MSB, providing analytics,

complex educational program for the needs of MSB sector activities and development, promoting “National Platform for small and medium-sized enterprises” from MSB sector in dialogue with the government and private sector.

Senior advisor on MSB development policy issues for the EU4Business- FORBIZ project being implemented in Ukraine by GFA Consulting Group in cooperation with GTZ and Berlin Economics and aiming to develop creating a better business environment.

Used to be a Head of the Representational office of the International Center of Private Entreprise (CIPE) in Ukraine from 2010 till 2016. The office adapted and implemented educational programs on the best world corporate management, anti-corruption initiatives, democracy development and protection, as well as promoting small and medium business interests (advocacy) practices for business communities. The representational office carried out projects on supporting pressing reforms aiming to improve business environment, avoid corruption in Ukraine and initiatives on strengthening public credit and involving businessmen to join societies, victims of military conflict in the East of Ukraine, to finance National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and US Agency for International Development (USAID). Took part in donor organizations committees specialized in international projects on tender business plans and applications for grants support to start/renew business of displaced residents.

Used to work as adviser for USAID “Ukraine: supremacy of law” project, Head of “Court administration and records management improvement” component, coordinator of the Working group on improving personnel policy and administration of courts, provided organizational, methodological, consulting and expert support when creating CS “Ukrainian Association of Court Administration Development”. As coordinator worked-out “Court Official Code of Conduct” further accepted by all courts of Ukraine. Implemented a learning program on Human resource issues for Court administrators and heads.

Within the framework of the project ТАСІS – IBPP “Ukrainian trade unions as partners in a social dialogue” provided publishing methodological collections for trade unions’ trainers and taught trade unions leaders of 7 All-Ukrainian Trade Unions. Within the framework of the USAID “Business Management Education in Ukraine” Project coordinated MBA programs on development of the art of teaching in 26 Higher Educational Establishments in Ukraine.

Has more than 15 years of experience and coordinating international technical support projects, experience in state service as a head of an independent department, worked as a business-trainer, experienced in creating learning programs on business ethics, managing private finances, business processes organization, strategy planning and management, experienced in marketing, tourism, non-bank financial sector. Master of Business Administration of the International Institute of Management (MIM-Kyiv) and an IOM level in managing non-profitable organizations, Chambers of Commerce and Industry and business associations of Organizational Management Institute sponsored by USA Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Villanova Northern University, Philadelphia.

Born in Kharkiv. Graduated from “Kharkiv aviation institute” (economics and management, 1991-96), Free School of Economy (2014), Free school of politics (2015), Public Affairs and Advocacy Institute at American University (2016).

Occupied managing positions in “Philip Morris Ukraine” sales department (Ukraine and Romania, 1996-2014). Takes active part in development of Ukrainian retail trade and other small and medium enterprise business areas.

Ruslan Kraplych – Head of Executive Board of the Charitable Foundation by the name of princes-benefactors Ostrozsky.

Ruslan is the author of 20 books, most of them devoted to Fundraising and Non-profitable organizations development, more than 300 scientific and journalistic articles, 16 training courses. From 1996 till 1999 contributed to creating and development of regional business centers. Starting 2000 consulted and followed business networks formation (Automobile showrooms/molls, distribution of manufactured goods, marketing and publicity agencies).

Certified manager on Dynamic HR Project Management. Certificate granted by the World bank Ukrainian affiliate at the end of professional courses. Studied at California State University in Chico, received a certificate on advocacy and lobbying in 2001.

Participated in trainings for trainers Counterpart International (USA) and Fund Education for democracy (Poland). Qualified trainer since 1997, as a training course author since 1998, participated in qualification

trainings FED\АFT in 2000 and 2001. Founded a range of consulting companies that contributed to development of European automobile showrooms network, banks and financial organizations all over Ukraine. Was a head of a humanitarian anti-crises program initiated by J. Soros from July, 2009 till July, 2011.

Started his public work by students’ hunger-strike in 1990. Headed a range of well-known and powerful civil and charitable organizations in Ukraine (Charitable Foundation by the name of princes-benefactors Ostrozsky, Volyn resource center, West Ukrainian social partnership center, charitable fund “Patriot Zaporizhzhya”). Was invited as an expert to the Program of Cooperation of Counterpart Alliance (program financed by USAID), Program of the Crimea development and UNO, Ukrainian Educational Program of Market reforms (program financed by USAID), Eurasia Fund, International fund “Vidrodzhenya” (“Revival”), UNO development program, Program “Partnership for transparent society” (program financed by USAID), ISAR – Association, Forum Syd (Sweden), the World Bank, OSCE, IОМ, European Commission Program, IREX, program «Bibliomist» (supported by Bill and Melinda Gates Fund), IFES (CIDA finance projects performance assessment), СІРЕ (founded by USA Trade Chamber and NED), etc.

Used to work overseas in: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Byelorussia, Moldavia, Russia, Slovakia, Hungary, and the USA. Oleksandr Pechalin – Chairman of the Management Board of “Stina” business community since 2001, Head of the Community Board in Vinnytska oblast state administration, project manager, trainer and consultant. Specialized in local economic development, advocacy, regulatory politics business associations’ management issues.

Many years of work for Department of Revenue services and Managing Consulting company “System business consulting”. Solid experience in the sphere of legal and regulatory acts regulating business processes development, preparing and lobbying. In 2008-2010 was the Head of the Authorized Ukrainian State Committee office dealing with regulatory politics and entrepreneurship in Vinnytsia area.
